Very angry with how u do things now

I request taxify now by mistake which I saw late that I had requested and canceled the trip and I am charged for the cancelation fee r10 however now my account has been debited for a trip that never happened. Please send back my money before the end of the day. This is not te first time this happens. Even my sister they always take her money for a trip that never happened
