VANBOY: TOYOTA COROLLA HZ 33 PM GP

I requested Bolt at BP Garage Tembisa on Friday the 20th December around 3PM. The driver accepted the ride: Vanboy who drives TOYOTA COROLLA with registration number: HZ33PMGP, and he said he has arrived while he was very far from me, I tried calling him on *** and he did not answer I then cancelled the ride.

I then used my card for payment after realising I have a R200 note, I requested again and he accepted the ride but this time he did drive from where he was to maybe 200m from where I was, I had a lot of plastic bags as I was doing shopping, I asked him to come park closer but he refused, i tried carrying all my stuff and went to his car then he couldnt even help me open the door, I then asked if he doesn't want to drive me he must just say and I will cancel, thats when he said "WHATEVER JUST CANCEL" and he drove away, went the other direction while my card was being charged for the ride.

He appeared to be going to Birchacres Mall and I requested to go to Ivory Park Swaz inn, I called him countless times asking him to end the ride coz I wasnt there with him and its charging my card but he didnt answer! I went on the banking app and stopped my card because I didnt know how far he would go.

He only stopped at some other place and it charged me R44 which Taxify:BOLT was unable to deduct on my card!! I will go lay charges against him and have him arrested. But first I want the fee cancelled on my card so that it will not deduct.
