Useless service from Bolt/Taxify

In a country with no public transport BUT zero tolerance for drinking and driving, myself and my Mom found ourselves stranded at 23:00 in Ballito as the drivers does not see it as profitable to drive 10km to pick up and drop off customers. This leaves me with a very bad 'first time' experience with Bolt, formerly known as Taxify. Thanks for absolutely nothing!!
