Useless customer care - NO RESPONSE

On the 27th of November my wife used the service from florida to crown mines , she then forgot my car keys in the taxi. She has sent countless emails with no response. I have tried to report it on the app with no luck , I cannot use the car because it doesn't have a spare key.
