Unsatisfied customer

On the 10/11/2019 at 08H35am I requested from where I live to church which is not too far from home so the rate was R28.00 as it appeared on the app. This morning when I check my bank statement they deducted R80.00 exactly at the time I requested which was 08H35am and still deducted R28.00 for the trip why exactly is that ? I call this ***** at a highest level because the trip was only R28.00 and not R80.00 more.......I am now thinking of deleting the app because when I sent them a message to enquire nobody bothered to respond that means it was done on purpose...I am sooo angry because I don't have money to just throw in the bin like that !!!!!! I want my money back asap or else I will deactivate the app and tell lots of ppl to do so aswell.
