Unreliable and unsafe

I am so disapointed because i requested a taxify, so i then got a call from the driver for me to walk towards the other side of the gautrain, which was bot really safe, he jept telling me he is a few seconds away and before I knew it 3 men surrounded me and took everything that belonged to me which included my laptop, my money and my Cell Phone , that was my bread and butter. I am so disapointed.
