UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE - NOT KEEPING THEIR PROMISE

I made a mistake of using the Taxify platform last year and I provided them with my personal number. After quitting their platform I kept on receiving sms notification generated by their system advising drivers about their busy weekend activities. I sent several messages (have all proof of communications) requesting to have my number removed and every time the request was made, their Facebook support person will respond and confirm that the number was removed, only to find out months down the line that it wasn't and notifications are still being sent.

Pity there's NO ZERO STAR for such rating!
