Unprofessional No Customer care

Good morning,

Last week Tuesday I booked a trip the driver came and suddenly left without doing the trip and I was charged R20 deducted from my card for a trip I didn't make. I logged a complaint and never get a feedback. On the 27th of September morning again I booked a trip that was supposed to cost me R55 but got charged R105 and deducted from my bank account because the driver missed the normal route. Even though I asked him to activate his GPS wich as per the driver was not working. This is very unprofessional and no one to assist from Taxify. No customer care.Until today no feed back from taxify after I asked be refunded for the amount that have been overcharged. An unhappy customer
