Unprofessional driver at Taxify

I am very disappointed by Taxify driver Mduduzi with the Vw polo ND72916, i requested a ride on 07/09/2018 at 5pm and he didnt come. He totally ignored my calls and messages and refused to cancel the trip so that i could request again. I told him that i will report this and still he ignored me. Unprofessional and inconsiderate people like that should not employed for customer service, this gives Taxify a bad reputation.
