Unprofessional and terrible customer service

They need to update their maps because every time the driver stops 2 minutes away from my requested location also most of their drivers are unprofessional to a point that they even swear at you even the support center is a waste of time because they never reply or the system just doesn't work. I'm moving to Uber your company is useless and know nothing about customer service.
