Unpleasant experiences.

Hey hope this finds you well I'm honestly not happy with my recent experiences on my bolt rides I don't know what kind of drivers are hopping on now but they just lack good service delivery I just hate it. The last 2 times I've had trips with bolt drivers have been the worst and they somehow have one specific unpleasing detail in special where they'll want you to forcefully pay more for your ride like what's the meaning of that now?? Then as if that is enough they're driving is just unpleasing glad I'm still alive after such experiences coz when I'm in an Uber ride I get the best service as always so I beg that bolt looks more into customer service than making money.
