Unpleasant Bolt experience

Switched from uber to use bolt as i heard its more affordable and still offer the cash pay option...i use the service twice at my own dismay...the first driver complained the whole way because of the discount rates and how unfair it is for them to drive around and than only receiving a few rands, the seconds driver id say actually ****** me, upon entering the car my phone lost signal, i told the driver, which than said its ok its still active on their side. upon reaching my venue i was told its 35, i than still tipped..only when i returned to work the following day to view my receipt is when i saw but the ride was actually R18.. i find that pathetic service
