Unnecessary Over Charge

<p>I took a taxify cab from Hatfield to Queenswood, which was about R40, i then asked the driver to wait for me, when i got out he was gone without informing me. I then tried to contact him to no avail. The trip kept on going, i tried to cancel and failed again.</p> <p>Almost 2 hours after that, i get a bill of R405 ?? How was this possible when i wasnt there for all those extra km he travelled and that time.</p> <p>Plus i then battled to get another ride because the app was stuck on that trip and i couldnt get another trip.</p> <p>I would really appreciate a refund of the trip i did not incur</p>
