Unnecessarily Rude Taxify Driver

A friend of mine had asked me to request a Taxify(Bolt) cab for her which I did. Upon the arrival of the driver, my friend unfortunately asked me to cancel as she was not yet ready. I proceeded to do this through the app.

Two minutes later I get a rude text message from the driver telling me that I am an idiot. I responded to his rude text asking where he got off being this rude to me. He sent me another text again calling me an idiot in isiZulu. I am pretty sure I am not the only customer he has been this rude to.

This driver clearly has no inkling of what customer service is and maybe doesn't even need this Taxify job. SO WHY KEEP HIM AT ALL??
