UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

As a customer I’m not happy with sipho (Taxify driver )i was suppose to pay R21 and mistakenly gave him R110 thinking that the R100 is R10. I called him and explained to him that I gave him extra money but he gave me an attitude and told me he is coming whereas I told him that the money I gave him is the very same money Il use to request to go home. I tried contacting him numerous times but didn’t get through to him he was not taking my calls then he ended up switching he’s phone off. I’m really disappointed with the driver I feel like he doesn’t value me as a customer.
