Unhappy at the turn around time

At times when you paying via card drivers reject as they want cash - makes me feel as they using taxify to just make a business of they own

At times when the trip is cheap or have a discount they cancel the ride and not do it

The drivers you guys have is somehow using taxify for name purposes or to make they own money as they always state that cash is better instead of paying toward bolt direct

I think a process should be followed or if you can add on the app the reason to why the taxify guy declined and this should ban the driver for an hour off using the app
