Unauthorized Debit On My Account.

I added my card for payments on Taxify and usually the card charges are reversed into my accounts and that is about R5.

On the 19th of January i received a debit of R113! which has not been reversed into my account and the worse part is that i did not even take a ride on that day! my last 2 rides were for R25 & R35!

I have sent so many mails to Linda and every other e-mail address i can find with no response, i called the customer care with no help.

I need this sorted ASAP and reversed back into my account. I have attached a screen shot with details of the debit and reference number regarding it.
