Unauthorized card payments

I am very disappointed and would like to warn people out to not use card payments should you need to use Bolt. Today their app redirected me to approve funds on my banking app as I was requesting for a ride. As I did once it deducted the funds for the same transaction 3x with the rest Un authorized but still not giving the option to confirm the ride. Noticing that my bank balance kept on detoriating i immediately changed the payment method and logged a query through their support team on the app, A lady called Violet responded in saying she investigated, "their app does that sometimes but I'll be credited back 2-10 days for one payment. I took a screen shot of the 3x unauthorized funds of the same trip as proof then nobody assisted until now... I regret the day I downloaded their app and maier times people complain that it's not authentic and have no ethics but today had to learn the hard way first hand experience. I wonder if they are regulated and their *****ulent cases can be escalated. They have a bad reputation and I wouldn't recommend their service to anybody... Not even to my worst enemy.
