Unauthorised debit order

Every time I request Taxify they debit R100 immediately before my request go through, they have done it twice already. I have email their support centre via email since December 2018 nothing happens. All I need from them is my money back and to stop doing that because that's *****. Again I don't understand how come they don't have working toll free or customer care numbers. Can they please pay me back my two debit orders back. Thank you
