Unacceptable service TAXIFY

<p>I was down in cape town long street. I needed a cab to take me back to my hotel Stellenbosch. Couldn't get taxify nothing was available. But now when I check my emails I have been charged R45 of which the trip I ddnt take, worse the pick up point is ridiculous crazy I was only at long street. How does one request trip and ya'll got wrong pick up point</p>
