Unacceptable customer service

Super bad customer service. Driver borrowed money but did not pay it back. Not even picked up the phone anymore or responded to messages. Bolt (Taxify) promised several times to contact the driver but never did. Police not dealing with the matter, Small Claims Court needs contact details of the driver Bolt refuses to forward due to GDPR.
