i used bolt travel services yesterday and i am unhappy with service i got from the driver called Dion. The ride was okay unit we reached our destination. Dion gave me an outrageous amount as the supposed charge. I told him that he must end the trip so I can also confirm the total amount as it does not match with estimamted amount shown on my app. He refused to end the trip claiming that he already did. I refused to pay that outrageous amount and told him I’m only willing to pay the maximum estimate that is showing on my app since he does not want to end the trip. A minute after I got off the ride, It showed me an amount within the estimated charge on my app. I am very disappointed at the amount of dishonestyfrim that driver, I have never had issues with bolt or any of the drivers before but is just wrong. Imagine if he does this to every customer that he deals with on a daily basis, it is just day light *******.
