Trip never happened

On the 28th of September I Requested a trip on Taxify time 22:52:48 but the trip never happened. After waiting for 10min I contacted the driver to ask if he is still coming but there was no reply. A few seconds after that the trip ended without me and the trip duration was only 1second long. I had to request another trip. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard from taxify after I complained that the charged me twice.

I'm really concerned since I use taxify almost everyday after work.. I also don't know when lat have a received a discount on my trips since I'm a regular user.

I'm very disappointed.
