Training is Key

I have used Taxify twice and both experiences were extremely bad. I had to direct the drivers to where i was going. Taxify, train your drivers how to use the app. It may seem simple but it truly isn’t. This is unacceptable. This service is used for people to efficiently arrive to their destination but me having to direct the drivers is not what i pay for. Extremely angry
