I downloaded the app this morning as both, my husband and my car is in for repairs. We booked a 3km trip and before the driver arrived at the residents R200 was deducted from my account. There are contact details on the webpage that do not work and no one answers. If this is the very first trip can you imagine the rest?

I want my money returned to my account...this is a ******* transport service. Avoid it !!!
