Theft

On the 8th of july 2021 @ 03:15am i requested a ride to a local clinic because my dad wasnt well.i was charged 18rand i had a 100rand with me.when we got to the destination the driver named Robert Moloto didnt have change.i then asked him to plz bring it during the cause of the day he agreed.i den called him seeing that he never came he ddnt answer..later on the day he called back saying he hasnt forgotten abt me he will come...on the 9th i called him seeing that he ddnt come he never picked up i asked two of my friends still no answer..i then wrote an email to Bolt they told me to go open a case i told them i wont risk going to police station with covid 19 still in place this driver sent me watsapps swearing at me i have audios of him using the F word...till today he hasnt brought my change and bolt is protecting him..
