THEFT BY TAXIFY !!

on 2 Nov 2018 I decided to try the TAXIFY

The app said that I would be charged provisionally to validate the credit card details and the charge would be REVERSED 3 Nov credit card is debited with R23

NO REVERSALS done despite several emails to ********** Support from Mohale and AVE - there is no contact number

This is theft as I did not use the transport offered by TAXIFY !!
