The driver put me in danger

On 11 November 2019 at around 21h30, I requested a taxify but the number plate on the car that arrived did not match the one that was on the app. There were 2 gentlemen in the car and I refused to even go near the car. They then drove off, but instead of cancelling the trip, the driver changed my destination, started the trip and continued to drive around for 30 minutes. I was therefore stuck and unable to request for another driver. I called him and he refused to end the trip because "I refused to listen to him". I had to call my brother and ask him to request a ride for me as I was now stuck. That's the only way I was able to get home. Your driver was rude and he put me in danger with his Petty and childish behavior. It was at night when this occurred and I could have been ****** or worse.
