And so after a night out with my friends, sober because I'm working the next day, I made to terrible mistake of requesting the services of Bolt.

The driver spent the whole trip complaining about where I'm going.

And then I paid cash when I was getting off and he did not have change.

The trip was R65, I had a R100, then he said he would purchase airtime for me to the value of the R35 change.

Instead I recommended he make it an even R30 in airtime and he keep the R5 tip(which quite frankly I felt he didn't deserve).

To this very day I'm waiting for the change, I didn't even get a chance to rate the driver.

And it's not even about the money, but the underlying principle herein.
