The Dangers of Taxify

I left my phone in a taxify in Durban and I had the most difficult time ever just trying to get a hold of the drivers numbers. There was not even a help line or customer service line that one could contact. No number whatsoever. I personally think that the app should be removed for the safety and security of our people. Just think if a person had to go missing how would we be able to find them if there is no way of tracing anything with this type of service. This is really really not safe, it's exposing our people to serious danger. The only service they offered me was to send an email, till now I'm waiting and there is still no feedback. This app needs to be removed. Really worried.
