The award goes to TaxyFi for astoundingly bad service

TAXIFY You're absolutely the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. With exceptions many of the drivers can't even read a map, let alone provide good service. I would again like to bring up two serious issues I've had Firstly: In mid January I discovered that my new girlfriend owed the driver that had picked us up to go shopping R 70.00 I agreed to pay the money and the fare due for the booked trip. The driver continued becoming more and more abusive and loud until before I lost my temper I and my girlfriend got out the car. The driver got out opening his boot. And continued verbally abusing the lady. I gave him a hundred rand note as he was owed R 70 I asked for R 20 change as a sign of good faith. He refused to return my change and accused me of breaking his door. After close inspection I noticed a plastic cover was lose I clipped it back into place and we started walking back to home. The driver continued abusing us verbally. threatening that he would throw a stone at my window. He did throw the stone causing R 900.00 damage. After multiple messages via the support option in your app. Taxifi just ignored me. Secondly My girlfriend went to visit someone who booked the cab and paid. She unfortunately left a set of keys in the car. I managed to finally get a response that the driver would be in contact. a day of jumping through hoops. it has now been almost 3 days and no contact or feedback.
