Texify Ride from Hell

I booked a trip from 37 Sauer Street to Constitution Hill in Braamfontein. To my amazement, the driver started driving to the South of JHB, 11 Banton Road which is my home even though I explicitly told him that I was going to Braamfontein. The trip ended up costing me R115 even though it was supposed to cost me half of that amount. I want Taxify to refund me and discipline the driver because he is a common ******** who stole my hard earned money!
