Terrible Support Services

Booked a ride yesterday with Bolt. The max amount that they had to charge was R123. When the ride ended it cost me R189. I contacted Bolt support but didn't receive any response from them for the overcharge. Really disappointed as I never paid so much for a trip to work in any direction.
