TERRIBLE SERVICE TAXIFY DRIVERS

<p>I have been using Taxify since it started operating in South Africa. I use it more than 4 times a day. </p> <p>Lately the service I have been experiencing from the drivers is beyond pathetic. </p> <p>Firstly the attitude you get from them is pathetic, pity it's not all of them but majority of them. </p> <p>I have the app, my friends and my kids and my daughter has been experiencing problems and I have reported the matter to Taxify a couple of times but I feel their drivers are not being reprimanded because their attitude has not changed to say the least. </p> <p>They signed up to provide a service to the public which exactly what they should be doing, I believe training was provided to them but it sincerely doesn't seem like it, when you compare an uber driver to a Taxify driver there's a big difference in the attitude and treatment you get throughout the trip. </p> <p>Yesterday my daughter had a terrible experience again when she was at the mall, she wud request and driver will accept then driver will call back and ask her where she's heading she will tell the driver, driver does not cancel the trip but just does not show up, I assume it's because it's a 30 trip from mall to my house. The thing is he was not even far, she waited for 20 minutes no show and she cancelled and requested again the next driver dud the very same as the first one and did not pitch. My question is why does Taxify have such drivers these people are creating a bad image of your brand. Does Taxify not have a criteria when signing up drivers cause clearly these drivers are not disciplined and are not willing to provide excellent service to the public. image my frends using the app who are also complaining about the Taxify drivers, if it's not the attitude, they are not impressed with service which resulted in them going back to Uber. if Taxify does not address complaints and way their drivers work I'm also deleting the app, my kids and my immediate family aswell. </p> <p>Please refer to one of the drivers who didn't pitch when my daughter requested. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
