Terrible service by Bolt-Taxify

Terrible service from Bolt last night at Cape Town international airport, we had 3 requests which none of them was fulfilled, the ride would suddenly get just get canceled or the driver would decline without a reason yet pick up someone else at the same spot. We ended up using Uber and got our ride to the hotel
