Terrible service by Bolt

I updated the support team regarding the bank's refusal to refund my money. They have been quiet and not gotten back to me. All I have been asking for is the money due to me. Their service and app is terrible. Also they refused to provide me with their contact number They are the worst app to ever exist. I recommend using Uber.
