Terrible service

Tried using taxify this morning as I have plenty of other times i had a meeting I had to attend for some or other reason it blocked my account and the reason I got is unregular usage as me and my wife use each other's cards they blocked both our credit cards aswell as our debit cards I sent them a message at 7 o'clock this morning asking them to unlock it and I got a response at 17h00 I will never use there service again
