Terrible Service

I absolutely love Taxify, I prefer it to Uber, however lately I’ve been facing disappointment after disappointment. There are 3 separate encounters I have now had with Taxify drivers. One is an incident I reported to Taxify after my account was blocked, so I won’t go into that. Second encounter was last week Sunday where a friend ordered my trip and I had to wait 20mins for someone who was suppose to be 2mins away, that’s what the app had disclosed. Then I asked him to stop at a store, I wanted to grab something to drink, I was inside for 3mins mac, went back to the car and the driver had left the car, I had to wait 10mins for the driver to appear. Third incident was this morning, I order trips for my son everyday mornjng and afternoon, I always pay R35 to R40 max for these trips. I’m not sure what route the driver took today but the trip cost R50, I had given him R50 and told him to give the change to my son. What ****es me off is the fact that he went out of his way to make sure that trip cost R50. I also took way longer than it usually does. That entire scenario cost me more money because I had to now take another Taxify to go to my sons school to make sure he had money for civvies.
