Terrible service!!!

For the past few days, bolt gave me 60% Discount on my rides which I was excited to use. I decided to use them locally, first trip I took was to my local petrol station to purchase grandpa for my mother who was I'll, the driver was so rude, when we arrived and he saw the major discount I had received he became even more aggravated and refused to take my Money because he felt it was too little, I ended up exiting the car and paying the amount due to the driver. Yesterday I requested another trip, this time the amount wasnt the only issue, the car was filthy and had a really bad stench. The driver was not happy about the discount and clearly showed it in his face and attitude as if it's the passenger's fault that there's a discount. I'm so disappointed as this is not the first bad experience I've had with Bolt.
