TERRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE RIDING WITH BOLT

Kind Regards, I am waiting from The 11.4.2022 , for a response From Bolt No Handbag all my Personal items are in my Handbag including Cash Cellphone everything were left in the Toyota Yaris Eastgate Management Team Have the Footage But There is NO SERVICE FROM BOLT MANAGEMENT

16 Apr 2022, 15:35Taxify Bolt are Not Safe The Support Service is Horrible Unprofessional they have not RETURNED MY HANDBAG WITH ALL MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS INCLUDING CASH CELLPHONE IDENTITY DOCUMENTS AND AND… They have the Drivers name Surname Pickup point and drop off point I sent them the receipt that they emailed me, the Support team say they working on it but i an still without my BELONGINGS DISGUSTING SERVICE
