Terrible driver - no response from taxify after complaining.

I decided to try Taxify for the first time. It was a terrible experience. First of all I was quoted R123-R150 for the ride; but the driver took a longer route so I ended up being charged R182. He also didn't have change so I had to pay R190. The driver used his phone to make personal phone calls and texted while driving. He missed my off ramp so he had to reverse on the freeway. After reporting the incident on the taxify app two days ago I have had no response at all. It was an experience I don't want to have again and needless to say I won't be using taxify again.
