Terrible Customer Service from Driver

Terrible Experience. I was at the Regency hotel in Pretoria. I requested for a ride. The driver's name is Peter. He came to pick me up on a Toyota etios. I do not remember the number plate but he picked me up at 29 Matroosberg Road Pretoria Menlyn. On the 07/07/2019 at 11:21AM.

I proceeded to put my bags in the boot. It was filthy. It had souch dirt, it looked like sand it was so unkempt. The driver's, Peter who drives a Toyota Etios was so rude to me and my wife. Did not respond when I greeted him. I was so offended.

I requested to go to Pretoria Central. He took me to Hatfield, dropped me off and charges me R 59. 15 minutes away from my original destination. I was so furios at this point At this point, he was driving so recklessly. So recklessly. Ay one point I thought he wanted to **** us etc. It is completely unacceptable, Taxify I have given you enough information to trace the driver.

I have been wronged as a customer. I am offended.
