Taxify's employees dishonesty.

When I did a trip on the 18th of January 2019 I got charged from my card when I paid the driver the money with a cash trip. The company still wanted to take money from my account. (Which they still did.) When I requested them to POS my money back into my account and told them to speak to their driver they took my money. I am extremely ****ed and want this situation sorted before anyone else deals with this.
