TAXIFY(BOLT) WE ARE TIRED OF YOUR ******** DRIVERS

I would like to report that we are tired of the ********* that are employed by this joke of a service provider call Taxify or BOLT or whatever circus these people are running. Sunday 03/11/2019 my sister requested a rid and it picked her up she than asked the ******** to please let her charge with his car charger and she than forgot her phone in the car, she called the phone and it was immediately switched off. We than called her network provider sand requested for the last call she made they gave us his number and its also on voicemail. bottom line is this guy is working for taxify but he doesn't even have a profile to work there, they are two of them sharing the same profile. Taxify is this legal is it allowed or yourl are allowing ********* to ***** from us.

till today we have not received an email with the receipt for the ride as we normally do or asked to rate the ride.

they are two drivers using the same profile as drivers for taxify and the register driver is the one sitting at home while the one who *****s our phones is busy on the road.

i am personally going to open a case against this driver for theft and against taxify for negligence for not paying attention to you staff committing *****, why do i request a ride and the app says something else but i am picked up by somebody else.

I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO TAXIFY WILL PAY
