Taxify/Bolt ****!!

I am sick and tired of this company ...today R256 was deducted from my card and I did not even use their services today and if I had used them the total would never amount to that as I only take short trips . I went to look at my app and there is no trip that matches the amount that was deducted this is unacceptable and the worse thing is they have the worst customer service as no one ever responds to the emails that I’ve sent out previously when this happened ... if anyone can advise me how I can take this further I am tired of loosing money and getting deductions from this company that do not match any trip that is on my app... I am going to also post this on HelloPeter, Twitter and other platforms!!!
