Taxify/Bolt drivers cannot be trusted

I ordered taxify/bolt on Sunday at midnight. I then forgot/left my phone in the driver's car. The very moment I realized it, I took my wife's phone to call the number since I couldn't call the driver without the application, I could not reach my phone. This happened within a period of 5 minutes. So the very moment I left the car, the driver switched off my phone. I then contacted taxify/bolt via Facebook so that they sort it out, they told me that the driver's phone is unreachable of which I think that this is not true. They are protecting their driver after he has done such a disgusting thing. Instead of providing excellent service he thought of *****ing my phone. I will never use taxify again. Will stick to Uber. Uber is actually reliable, they check ******** record of their drivers before hiring them. I'm so disappointed with this.
