Taxify(Bolt) client support nonexistent

Beware of Taxify (Bolt)

Last Saturday night I requested a ride from taxify,I contacted their driver and he was too far for my liking so I told him I will make another plan.When I woke up sunday morning I recieved a journey payment slip.I got charged for a journey I did not go on.The worst part is I have been trying to get hold of them since Sunday with no success.Its now wensday,I heard nothing from them I used their support service on their app,sent them email,called to non existing numbers,nothing positive. They are quick to take money from your account but their client support is none nonexistent.

Be warned,I am going back to Uber!
