Taxify Zulu driver with no respect

Good day

I use taxify a lot and I've never had any problem till Saturday, 19th October 2019 pplease kindly address this matter accordingly...

I don't know if this guy had a bad day or he is just rude naturally, a very typical Zulu man with no respect... His name is Njabulo, unfortunately I don't have his surname nor the car registration number.

Just as I stepped into the car he acted like he is not rendering a service, treated me like I won't be paying...

I ignored him the whole trip until we reach my destination then he complained that my trip was for only R21 and said he shouldn't have accepted this trip if only he knew. I paid R25 then he refused to give me my R4 change
