TAXIFY WONT PAY BACK MY MONEY ON TIME

I made a taxify debit card booking from Wonderboom to Heartherview for my wife. The fare cost was R120. At the end of the trip the driver by the name of Kenneth took R120 cash from my wife and R120 from my card. Now Taxify tells me Ill get my money after 5days.
