Taxify - wandisokuhle atrocious service

My driver was wandisokuhle from the airport on 31 july 2018. He was very arrogant, rude, and gave the most atrocious service. 1. He accepts my ride request and the app says he has arrived and he doesnt call. When i call him he tells me they dont pick up from the international arrivals. 2. He doesnt help me with my bags 3. He tells me why do customers complain. I ask him if he is not offering a service which us as customers pay for and we must get its worth he tells me they are also helping us.4. He goes to put fuel and checjs his tyres while i am in the car. I ask him on whose tab is the time at fuel station he says its only 5min and he didnt have time to do it. I ask why he accepted the ride if he didnt have fuel and he gives me an excuse. 5. All the way he is complaining about me paying by card and tells me we can negotiate and do cash. I tell him i pay by card for a reason coz i hate carrying cash and inconvenience. He complains that taxify charge him 15% yet if we cancel and pay by card it will be like i cancelled and he wont give taxify the 15%. I refused. 6. I get home the app says trip is R265 and he complains that its not possible and trues to get me to pay the max. I tell him to sort it out with taxify and he tells me he has a choice to accept the price or change it. He supposedly changed it to R445 coz same time my card us debited with R445. 7. I sent a complaint to taxify, a month later i am still waiting for a response. Had it been uber, they would have responded within an hour. I know because in the US i used uber and they were very good and professional. Why do we still have taxify because its clear they dont know what they are doing and are a glorified meter taxi. I honestly do hope that government regulates all hail services and at least we will use gautrain or airport delivery servuces who are professional and charge much less than these clowns. I will never for as long as I live use taxify again!!! They must do away with it. Moreover Wandisokuhle, no matter where you go, treating people the way you do will catch up with you and one day you will meet your match.
